Sweet Memory With Slide.Com
Notice: This is not an advertising post.
My Memory
I went to my Slide.com account and found out this slide. I did this nearly a year ago. I experience a sudden flashback everytime I look at those photos. All those sweet memories of mine rushed in to my mind. I miss those moments with my friends. Those photos were taken in Penang, my hometown when I was in Form 6 (Pre-U).
I still remember I was so stress at that moment. STPM (Just like A-level but a bit harder)is so tough and I'd been struggling through out the year. Luckily, there are still sweet memories for me to treasure.
To all my ex-secondary and my best friends, I will like to announce that...
*drum roll*
You guys are the best and I shall never forgot you. I will treasure every moment we've spent time together and this slide and post proof what I mean.

My GuestBook.
Oh ya. While I was surveying the site, I've found out something special. It's their new-lunch-guestbook! I came out with an incredible idea. How about I keep a guestbook of my blogger friends and my lovely visitors in my blog? Ya ya... I mean *YOU*...
I've created a slide show guestbook and hope that you can upload your lovely photo (or any picture) there. Besides, you can add in your comments, your details or wishes.. Are you joining me? Will ya? Please say *Yes*...
Hope to see you participating in my First-ever-Guestbook...
I have to start doing my revision now. See ya... ;D

I hate SPAM Mails
I believe you have received these kind of e-mail. They really irritate me everytime I see them in my spam box in my gmail account. I wonder why they keep sending this kind of email to me. Am I easy to be tricked?
Read this. Does this sound similar to you? Have you received this kind of email before?
Hello Friend
My proposal is to solicit for your assistance in investment of sum of US$6,700,000.00 I inherited from my late father as my guardian and trustee in any business under your supervision as partners. We have gone to the bank and inform them our intention of having the money transferred to our foreign partner for investment as in agreement with my late father.
The bank has accepted our request and waiting for official application from us with particulars of our foreign partner whom the money will be transferred to from here.
I am from Sierra Leone but presently with my mother here in Neteherlands where the money was deposited by my late father before his death. You would have been contacted by my mother but she is seriously sick in hospital bed half paralyzed by stroke.
That was why she hands over to me and my contacting you instead of her. What we need from you is for you to be my guardian and partner in any business of your choice where the money will be invested on. I have no business experience, area of investment and location is for you to decide. We will also need your personal particulars like full name, address, occupation and telephone number for official application to the bank for transfer of the money in your name as our foreign partner for investment purpose.
I will send you deposit account number, name of the bank, contact person and any other information you need to know when I receive your particulars for application to the bank. If you can handle this get back to me with your personal particulars through my personal email address. jervis@live.be
Sincerely
Jervis Hamed

My Diary. Shhh...
I get a job finally. I will start working a week after my exam. Since Chinese New Year will be around, it's good to get a job and earn some pocket money.

Still remember Irene that I've blog about her before? (Post about Wow! Fashion show! and Day Will Fashion Designers: Click Here and Here). I will work with her in a boutique in a BIG shopping mall. Haha.. For those who stay in Kuala Lumpur, make a guess. My class will start in the beginning of January. So, it's just a temporary work for me.
Besides earning for my pocket money, I am thinking of a workshop that kuanyee has recommended in his blog. I wish to join the talk because I believe the workshop is good. Since I am in the field of Psychology and Counseling, it's good for me to see and learn others motivation talk and at the same time, improve myself. My biggest problem is the fee:
To be frank, it is quite expensive for me. I know, money doesn't mean anything since this workshop will help double or triple my earning in the future. Well, I've asked my parents and it's sad to see their gloomy faces. I can feel their pain since they're facing financial problem recently. First, my mum needs money to cure her broken hand. Ever since the accident, she is so emotional and I hardly talk with her. Dad has got a new job finally and I am happy for him. Next, my Grandma did her operation a year ago and now, she needs money for medicine (long-term). Mum even hired a maid for her in Penang since granny couldn't do much work now since my uncle can't effort to pay.
Thinking of those problems, I dare not push my parents too hard. I am seeking ways to join the workshop. I will try my best to persuade my friends to join me. Or anyone interested here? Give me a feedback in my mailbox : curryegg87@gmail.com.
Hope that I will be able to be there. Or else, I rather not to go.

Shall The Women Pick Up the Bill?
I came across with this article "Pay Your Half, Princess!" in the CLEO magazine from the his say session and found it interesting.
It's about should the girls pay the bill or at least pay half during dates? Matt, the writer has brought up an interesting point :

Hey guys.
Well, this sounds true to me since in this 21 century we, the females get the same opportunity with the males in most aspects including education, job, status and etc. Unlike in those days where sexual discrimination was so strong (I think it's still happening in some countries). Women were being treated like slaves. They didn't have the freedom to do things they like and worst, they even lost their dignity.
Lucky for me that I am not in those days where the gap between the status of men and women is so big. Now we get the right to stop gender discrimination. And STOP the sexual harassment cases as well! Eerr..... ;(
Since we're equal to men now, I think I still can effort to foot the bills (if I am working), sometimes. Honestly, I don't mind to pay. I think this is fair to both couples. Besides, the men's burden on financial can be reduced since they have to pay for two persons for each date.

Anyway, if I ever come across with a guy/guys who expect me to pay for them all the time during dates (which I call it as roles-shifting), I believe it will be my last date with him. No matter how strong a woman is in todays world, we still need a man to pamper us, love us, take care of us, support us and be a gentleman. Well, I don't mean that the guy should take all the responsibility for the person he dates with. Just try your best. And you can tell us your situation. I believe we will understand it and will go to the hawker stall for meals instead of Secret Recipe or Chilis.
Sometimes, guy's ego is too high. They are afraid of telling the true. As the result, girls hardly understand their mates. So, it's better if the guy can discuss with the girl in a good way regarding with his financial burden. And girls! We should take care of our partner's purse. Or else... you know the consequences.
Looks like I've to bare this in mind too... ;)
Here is a poll and I am doing a survey on it. Please take part on it. It will be fun to have your vote!

You pay for the movie.
You pay for meals.
You pay for the clothes that she like.
You pay for the parking tickets.
You pay everything!

Deepavali With CLEO & My First Video Blog
Yesterday was my dullest Deepavali I ever had in my life. As like what I had expected:
no curry,
no muruku
and nothing!
Let me tell you what I did.
In the morning, my parents and I went to the Chinese hawker stall to have our breakfast. I ordered 'Pak guo Fu zhok yi mai'... (Sorry, I don't know the name in English) and Prawn Noodles.
Next, we went to a nearby Tesco to do some shopping and finally.... back to home.
See... How boring was I?
Lucky for me that I've bought my favourite CLEO magazine while shopping in Tesco and my day has slightly brighten up. I like this month issue from CLEO magazine where there are a lot of interesting stuff especially for fashion and topics about women and love. Besides, there are a number of competitions for us to grab - Hugo perfume, Walt Disney Pictures movie passes, Edwin apparel and etc. Well, I don't think I've the luck to win those prizes.. Em.... Anyway, I wanna try!

While I was flipping the pages, I came across with this red page. Guess what it's? I believe you guys can guess what it's in Warning envolope...

And hey! There is a party from Cleo in 23 November 2007. It's the CLEO fashion awards party. Those lucky 1000 readers with a pass is entitled to free entrance. But... It's for 21 years old and above. UUhhh? What?? Sob... I can't go..
Sigh... I am so disappointed. Well, can I do some tricks on it? Change my IC (Identity card) number? haha.... Good idea but how?
;(
My first Video...
While I was in the car yesterday, I've made my own video. Since I was so boring, I came up with a crazy idea. Haha.... Have a look on what I've done. Happy Friday!
Oopss! I think I've scared you away... o_O
